About Me
I am an Assistant Professor at Mount Sinai's Brookdale Department of Geriatrics and Palliative Medicine and a Health Services Research Specialist with the Geriatric Research Education and Clinical Center at the Bronx VA. Trained in medical anthropology, implementation science, and health services research and evaluation, I have conducted qualitative and mixed methods research in the United States, England, the Netherlands, and South Africa. My research aims to improve the healthcare experiences of aging, vulnerable individuals with chronic complex needs including HIV, to develop strategies and systems that better meet their needs.
