Abigail Chen, MD, MS serves as Chief Medical Officer for Mount Sinai Doctors Medical Group. She is a board-certified primary care doctor at Mount Sinai Doctors, seeing patients 16 years of age and older on Monday and Friday mornings in Midtown Manhattan. Trained in New York, she is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Pediatrics. She was awarded her medical degree from SUNY Stony Brook School of Medicine and completed two residencies in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at St. Vincent's Catholic Medical Center, where she served as Chief Resident. She completed a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Leadership at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
She has a particular interest in increasing access to care and in mentoring the next generation of physicians.
Dr. Chen is fluent in Spanish.
The state of Florida requires out-of-state professionals who are registered to provide telehealth services to display a hyperlink to the Florida Department of Health telehealth web page. This allows Florida patients who are receiving medical care by telehealth to confirm the provider’s licensure and Florida registration.
