About Me
Dr. Adam Jacobi graduated from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 2005. He then went on to complete his residency in Diagnostic Radiology and then fellowship in Cardiothoracic Imaging at Montefiore Medical Center. His interests and areas of expertise include Cardiac CTA and cardiac MRI as well as chest x-ray, Chest CT, and CT-guided lung biopsies. Over the years he has published many articles in prestigious journals and was one of the first to ever describe myocadrial fat on CT as a marker of prior myocardial infarction (MI). Dr. Jacobi also has a strong interest in medical education and won the Teacher of the Year award in 2013 for his excellence in residency education at Mount Sinai. He is also the director of the Chest Radiology elective for medical students.
