Dr. Adina Pinkas began practicing Internal Medicine in 1998 and joined Mount Sinai in 2010. After graduating with her medical degree from Tajik State Medical Institute in Tajikistan, Dr. Pinkas moved to the US for her Internal Medicine residency at Flushing Hospital Medical Center. With her board certifications in Internal Medicine and Infectious Disease, Dr. Pinkas specializes in general consults, hypertension, and migraines. Additionally, she is multilingual and can communicate with patients in English, Spanish, and Russian.
When with her patients, Dr. Pinkas' philosophy of practice is to assess possible contributory factors to her patient’s current disease. Her clear explanations to her patients help them contribute to their own healing.
