About Me

Dr. Adina Pinkas began practicing Internal Medicine in 1998 and joined Mount Sinai in 2010. After graduating with her medical degree from Tajik State Medical Institute in Tajikistan, Dr. Pinkas moved to the US for her Internal Medicine residency at Flushing Hospital Medical Center. Additionally, she is multilingual and can communicate with patients in English, Spanish, and Russian.

When with her patients, Dr. Pinkas' philosophy of practice is to assess possible contributory factors to her patient’s current disease. Her clear explanations to her patients help them contribute to their own healing.

Patient Experience Star Ratings and Comments

The Patient Experience Star Rating reflects our patients’ perception of how well their Mount Sinai provider communicated with them during an office visit. The Star Rating is based on patient responses to three questions on a patient experience survey, a standardized questionnaire sent to verified patients and distributed by a third party vendor, Press Ganey. Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score.
