Dr. Shwin was originally from Myanmar where she earned her medical degree from the University of Medicine 1, Yangon. After immigrating to the U.S., she completed her residency training at the Interfaith Medical Center, One Brooklyn Health System in New York. Joining Mount Sinai Health System as an Assistant Professor of Medicine/ General Internal Medicine, Dr. Shwin is dedicated to training the next generation of healthcare professionals while providing comprehensive patient care.
