About Me
Alana Bunnag, MD, is a child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist, and Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. She is board certified in adult psychiatry, as well as child and adolescent psychiatry. Dr. Bunnag completed her adult psychiatry residency at the Harvard Medical School/Harvard South Shore Psychiatry training program, and her child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai/Mount Sinai Hospital. In her private practice, Dr. Bunnag sees children, adolescents and adults for individual psychotherapy, medication management, consultations and diagnostic psychiatric evaluations. To ensure collaborative care, Dr. Bunnag works closely with schools, pediatricians/primary care providers and specialists. Her clinical specialties include Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Anxiety Disorders, Depressive Disorders, family dynamics and pediatric psychopharmacology.
