About Me
I was born in Russia, in a family of physicians. My mother was Radiologist; father - Urologist. After graduating from Moscow Medical School and Residency in Urology I worked as a Senior Urological Surgeon in Level 1 Trauma Hospital in Moscow. At the same time I earned Ph.D. degree doing research in Clinical UroRadiology. After that I worked as an Attending Urological Surgeon in Department of Microsurgery - Central National Institute of Surgery- and, in the same time I held the position of the Assistant Professor of Urology at the Central National Institute of Postgraduate Education. My research was in the field of "Reproductive Microsurgery in Males and Females". After arrival in the USA I graduated from NY College of Osteopathic Medicine (NYCOM) at Old Westbury, NY with D.O. Degree. I did my Residency in Surgery and Urology at SUNY at Brooklyn, Downstate Medical School. Since that time I am practicing Integrative Urology (including osteopathic, homeopathic, herbal, etc., traditional and non-traditional methods of treatment). I have admitting privileges as an Attending Urological Surgeon at Mount Sinai in Brooklyn and NY Community Hospitals. I am married and have two sons.
