About Me
Dr. Amanda Reich is a board-certified Pediatrician and Lactation Consultant and joined Mount Sinai Doctors in 2022. After completing her undergraduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Reich earned her medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine, where she was inducted into the AOA Honor Society. She then completed her residency in Pediatric Medicine at Kravis Children's Hospital through The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, where she was chosen for the Donald and Irwin Gribitz Excellence in Primary Care Award. Her clinical interests include general pediatrics, breastfeeding medicine, and newborn care.
In conjunction with her clinical role, Dr. Reich is involved with medical student teaching at The Icahn School of Medicine. She is also a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Outside of her time with patients, Dr. Reich enjoys being a parent to her toddler and spending time with her family's goldendoodle. She explains that watching her son grow and develop has been the best training for her field.
