Patient Experience Star Ratings and Comments
The Patient Experience Star Rating reflects our patients’ perception of how well their Mount Sinai provider communicated with them during an office visit. The Star Rating is based on patient responses to three questions on a patient experience survey, a standardized questionnaire sent to verified patients and distributed by a third party vendor, Press Ganey. Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score.

Care Provider’s Concern
Likelihood to Recommend Care Provider
Dr. Hmeidan was incredibly thoughtful and I felt like he really took an interest in every aspect of my health. He explained what everything means & even went through past test results to give me more info. I also didn't feel rushed through the appointment at all, so waiting 15 mins in the waiting room was fine by me.
Dr. Hmeidan Is excellent.
MD spent a lot of time with me. Listened to me and took time to explain thoroughly
