About Me
Dr. Amita Kamath is an abdominal radiologist with expertise in Body MRI. She joined Mount Sinai faculty as Assistant Professor of Radiology from 2010-2015. From 2015-2016 she worked in a large private practice group. She returned to Mount Sinai Hospital in 2016 and currently works at both the Mount Sinai Hospital and Mount Sinai St. Lukes West (MSSLW) in the abdominal imaging section. Her clinical and research interests include hepatobiliary imaging, gynecologic, prostate, genitourinary and fetal MR. Currently she also serves as Program Director of the Radiology Residency Program of Mount Sinai West.
