Patient Experience Star Ratings and Comments
The Patient Experience Star Rating reflects our patients’ perception of how well their Mount Sinai provider communicated with them during an office visit. The Star Rating is based on patient responses to three questions on a patient experience survey, a standardized questionnaire sent to verified patients and distributed by a third party vendor, Press Ganey. Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score.
Good
Amazing doctor who listened to all my concerns and made sure to detect any possible issues that would need further treatment. I did not realize I would need an intense surgery but he handled my case very well and I am very glad with the care I received from both him, the receptionists, nurses and all other staff.
Dr. Deek was clear, kind and calm. He explained everything I needed to know about what brought me in and we made a plan to take care of it. I'm so glad to have found him.
