I was pleased with all my interactions from the intake nurse to the nurse who drew my blood and the other one whom applied the flu shot. All were very friendly and professional.Dr. Fallis is terrific! He is efficient as keeps things moving while at the same time provides the care one is looking for. Also responds timely to emails through mychart.com portal.
[...] I think I got the answers/immediate help I needed.
All I needed completed was a leave of absence form on behalf of my mental health provider (needed a PCP signature) so Dr. Fallis kept the meeting very quick and to the point. He didn't drill in much but frankly this was totally fine as he knew I was getting good care from my mental health provider, he was just there to help with some paperwork.
