Patient Experience Star Ratings and Comments
The Patient Experience Star Rating reflects our patients’ perception of how well their Mount Sinai provider communicated with them during an office visit. The Star Rating is based on patient responses to three questions on a patient experience survey, a standardized questionnaire sent to verified patients and distributed by a third party vendor, Press Ganey. Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score.

Extremely professional and amazing bedside manner!
Dr. Lee was great. I owe her a lot. A few yars ago she caught on to me being depressed and encouraged me to seek therapy. Not only is she an awesome doctor but she is great at reading people.
Dr. Lee was incredibly patient and attentive, taking the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns. She offered thoughtful, practical advice and outlined several helpful courses of action. For instance, when we discussed my recent weight gain, she identified a possible connection [...] I hadn't considered. I also shared some concerns about my mental health, and she kindly recommended websites for scheduling talk therapy sessions. I felt truly heard and supported throughout the appointment.
