She has been actively involved in streamlining stroke pathways, such as optimizing the Dizziness Pathway at Mount Sinai Brooklyn, and is a key member of the Stroke Quality Improvement Committee. Her work on the Intersystem Transfer Committee focuses on enhancing ELVO (emergent large vessel occlusion) transfers within the hospital network, ensuring patients receive timely and effective care.
Dr. Tripathi completed the prestigious 7-year BA/MD program at Rutgers University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a major in Cell Biology and Neuroscience and minors in French and Political Science. She earned her MD from Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School before completing her Neurology Residency at Mount Sinai West and Vascular Neurology Fellowship at Mount Sinai Hospital.

She has published multiple peer-reviewed articles on stroke care and has presented at leading national conferences, such as AAN and AANS. She is an active member of the American Academy of Neurology and the American Heart Association.
