About Me

She also is board certified as a Diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine, enabling her to address and treat obesity and manage weight loss using the most up-to-date and evidence based methods available today. Dr. Glassman utilizes her nutrition and Obesity Medicine training and experience to assist and guide her patients to implement weight control and weight loss, as well as adopt healthy lifestyles.
Dr. Glassman believes good health is about more than simply the absence of pain or illness, and therefore also includes optimizing one’s overall wellbeing. She incorporates her expertise in nutrition, together with modern medical therapies and preventative medicine, to help patients achieve their health goals and address any weight related concerns they may have.

I saw Ann Glassman for this appointment and had a great experience. She was concise, to the point, yet at the same time, very thorough and knowledgable. She helped me get an easy referral for an X-ray, which I was able to book for the next morning, and got me on the wait list for an endocrinologist that specifically treats my needs. She also did some physical tests when I described my issues with knee pain. I opted to make her my new primary care physician. Overall a very positive experience and I would highly recommend Mount Sinai so far!
Dr Glassman is great. She's the perfect mix of caring easy going encourahing but also firm about what needs attention.
They're very professional but also down to earth they talk to us with care, very professional.
