About Me
Dr. Anna Rozman is a dual board-certified, fellowship trained physician who specializes in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation as well as in Sports Medicine. She sees patients in-person at Mount Sinai Doctors NoHo. She has extensive experience in treating both acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries including rotator cuff tears, ligament injuries, overuse disorders, and knee derangements. She specializes in non-operative orthopedic conservative treatment of injuries including assessing therapy and bracing knees, ultrasound guided procedures and diagnostic assessments, and patient education. Dr. Rozman focuses on a whole-body approach for both assessment and treatment of each patient.
Dr. Rozman completed her undergraduate and MBA training at Loyola University Chicago, followed by her medical degree from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Rozman completed her residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and her fellowship in Sports Medicine at Montefiore Medical Center, with enhanced training in sideline coverage, injury prevention, ultrasound procedures, education, and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries.
Dr. Rozman is currently the head team physician for the USA Paralympic Power Lifting team. Dr. Rozman has also participated in the care of high school, college, and adult athletes and recreational athletes. She has also provided medical coverage for the NYC Marathon and Triathlon, MMA/Boxing tournaments, football, basketball, and soccer. During her residency training, she also developed an interest in treating the adaptive athlete, participation in medical missions, hip disorders, jumping athletes, and female athletes.
