With over thirty years of experience in medicine, she’s passionate about empowering patients and providing person-first, holistic, and preventive care.
As a primary care physician, she is passionate about preventive care, and believes that health is not a single choice that you make once a year, but rather a life-long journey. She believes in empowering her patients to make incremental improvements in their exercise, sleep, and stress management can make a big difference when it comes to their health.
