Patient Experience Star Ratings and Comments
The Patient Experience Star Rating reflects our patients’ perception of how well their Mount Sinai provider communicated with them during an office visit. The Star Rating is based on patient responses to three questions on a patient experience survey, a standardized questionnaire sent to verified patients and distributed by a third party vendor, Press Ganey. Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score.
She listened and took the time to make me understand and was kind and understanding. Would definitely recommend her!
Was a little rushed and felt not totally thorough
Dr. Leung is a wonderful doctor. I've seen her a couple of times now; she's always responsive when I message her and takes my concerns seriously. I had a severe cough that led to vomiting and when I messaged her about my symptoms, she responded very quickly and managed to fit me into a same-day appointment outside of regular appt hours. She listened closely and clearly laid out my treatment options. She was candid in which treatments she suggested over others but still gave me the final say on what to do next.I highly recommend her, she's knowledgeable and easy to communicate with.
