About Me

Dr. Bailey Perry joined Mount Sinai Doctors in 2024 as an Internist and Primary Care physician. After completing her undergraduate studies in the Sophie Davis Biomedical Education Program of The City College of New York, Dr. Perry earned her medical degree from The City University of New York School of Medicine. She then completed her training with a residency in Internal Medicine at Mount Sinai's Icahn School of Medicine. Dr. Perry sees patients for a range of primary care needs, and has a special interest in community education and increasing access to healthcare for patients. Recently, Dr. Perry had a poster presentation at the American College of Physicians advocating for underserved New Yorkers by opposing the 340B drug pricing program carve out which would defund resources that increase access to healthcare. Dr. Perry is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

In her professional community, Dr. Perry is a member of the American College of Physicians.

When discussing her role as a physician, Dr. Perry explains, "As a primary care doctor, I am passionate about community education and understanding my patients holistically. I spent a lot of time in my Internal Medicine training hosting information sessions about high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma and women’s health to raise awareness and improve health literacy but also to empower my patients to take charge of their health. Focusing on preventive care and getting to know your patients beyond their medical needs helps build trust and fosters better health outcomes." Outside of her time with patients, Dr. Perry loves to spend time with her fur family. She has two dogs, an English bulldog and an American bully, Lou and Ernie.

Patient Experience Star Ratings and Comments

The Patient Experience Star Rating reflects our patients’ perception of how well their Mount Sinai provider communicated with them during an office visit. The Star Rating is based on patient responses to three questions on a patient experience survey, a standardized questionnaire sent to verified patients and distributed by a third party vendor, Press Ganey. Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score.

Industry Relationships

Physicians and scientists on the faculty of the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai often interact with pharmaceutical, device, biotechnology companies, and other outside entities to improve patient care, develop new therapies and achieve scientific breakthroughs. In order to promote an ethical and transparent environment for conducting research, providing clinical care and teaching, Mount Sinai requires that salaried faculty inform the School of their outside financial relationships.

Dr. PERRY has not yet completed reporting of Industry relationships.

Mount Sinai's faculty policies relating to faculty collaboration with industry are posted on our website. Patients may wish to ask their physician about the activities they perform for companies.
