About Me
Dr. Rosenstadt is a graduate of the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. Upon graduation, Dr. Rosenstadt completed internship and residency in general surgery and orthopedic surgery at the St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital in New York City. After finishing residency, he completed further training with fellowships in Musculoskeletal Trauma, with Dr. Roy Sanders at the Tampa General Hospital in Tampa, Florida, and in Hand and Upper Extremity Reconstructive Surgery with Dr. Richard Eaton at the Roosevelt Hospital in New York City.
Dr. Rosenstadt has authored a chapter on Rheumatoid Arthritis of the Wrist and Hand in the textbook Clinical Orthopedics and has published in the Journal of Hand Surgery. He is a senior attending on the Orthopedic and Hand Services in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at the Mount Sinai Health System and holds an academic appointment as Associate Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
Dr. Rosenstadt is Board Certified in both Orthopedic Surgery and Hand Surgery, and is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthopedic Surgeons, and a member of the New York Society for Surgery of the Hand. His present interests include the treatment of a diversity of hand and upper extremity problems including arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, tendon and nerve conditions and injuries, complex fractures, and athletic injuries. Away from the office, Dr. Rosenstadt enjoys outdoor activities his wife and children.
