Dr. Brian J. Abittan is the Director of Skin and Hair Rejuvenation and Director of Hair Transplantation at the Kimberly and Eric J. Waldman Department of Dermatology at Mount Sinai.
Dr. Abittan completed a seven-year accelerated BS/MD program, graduating Magna Cum Laude from City College of New York with a Bachelor of Science in 2012 and graduating from SUNY Downstate Medical Center College of Medicine with his Doctor of Medicine in 2015. Immediately after medical school, Dr. Abittan completed his intern year at SUNY downstate Medical Center College of Medicine. From 2016 to 2018, Dr. Abittan did dermatopharmacology fellowship at the Mount Sinai Department of Dermatology, where he also worked as an administrative manager for the department. Dr. Abittan completed Dermatology Residency at the Mount Sinai Department of Dermatology.
