Patient Experience Star Ratings and Comments
The Patient Experience Star Rating reflects our patients’ perception of how well their Mount Sinai provider communicated with them during an office visit. The Star Rating is based on patient responses to three questions on a patient experience survey, a standardized questionnaire sent to verified patients and distributed by a third party vendor, Press Ganey. Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score.

Care Provider’s Concern
Likelihood to Recommend Care Provider
It's all good all the doctors are terrific. I have no complaints.
Dr. Darrow listens, he's patient and goes through my issues with me so I can understand what going on.
I could not hope for a more thorough, professional, experienced doctor. He listened carefully to my medical history and concerns and explained the rationale behind the interventions he deemed important. And he referred me to a specialist to avoid the complications I had from previous treatment that led to serious side effects. He answered all my questions and he explained the research. Then after our meeting, he answered questions I submitted through the portal within a day. I am very relieved to be with this outstanding Doctor.
