Dr. Burton Greenberg has practiced cardiology in Palm Beach since 1995. After graduating from the University of Illinois College of Medicine with his medical degree, Dr. Greenberg began his Internal Medicine internship and residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center of Harvard Medical School. During this residency, Dr. Greenberg also served with the US Navy in the capacity of medical researcher. He then went on to the University of Chicago Hospital to continue his Internal Medicine residency, and finally to the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science for his Cardiology fellowship. As a double-board certified physician in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Diseases, Dr. Greenberg specializes in clinical cardiology and atrial fibrillation.
Dr. Greenberg holds active memberships in several professional organizations, including fellowship status in the American College of Physicians, the American College of Cardiology, and the Society of Cardiac Angiography and Interventions. He has also been involved in several clinical trials and written numerous publications during his years in practice. Outside of his time with patients, Dr. Greenberg enjoys spending time bird watching.
