About Me
Calvin Lambert, MD, is a board certified obstetrician-gynecologist and maternal-fetal medicine specialist at The Mount Sinai Hospital and an Assistant Professor in the Raquel and Jaime Gilinski Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Science at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Dr. Lambert focuses on high-risk pregnancies, with special interest in hypertensive disorders of pregnancy and critical care of the obstetrical patient.
Dr. Lambert received his medical degree from the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University, where he was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society. He went on to complete his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Howard University Hospital, where he was honored with the Residency Program Award for Excellence in Obstetrics. Dr. Lambert completed his fellowship in maternal-fetal medicine at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center. During his time there, Dr. Lambert was awarded MFM Fellow of the Year.
Dr. Lambert is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the National Medical Association, and the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine. He has presented his research work at national conferences on the topics of maternal mortality and diabetic obstetrical patients.
