About Me
Dr. Popadiuk is a board certified Allergist and Immunologist. She received her medical degree from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford, ME. Following medical school she completed an Internal Medicine internship at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, MD before attending the US Navy Flight Surgeon's Course in Pensacola, FL. Dr. Popadiuk then served as a US Navy Flight Surgeon for several years before completing her Internal Medicine residency at Walter Reed in 2018. After a fulfilling career in the US Navy, she completed a fellowship in Allergy & Immunology at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center located in Hershey, PA in 2022.
To ensure an effective visit, Dr. Popadiuk’s office advises all patients to discontinue oral antihistamines one week prior to their scheduled appointment. For any questions or concerns about holding oral antihistamines, please call the office at 212-523-1600.

Patient Experience Star Ratings and Comments
The Patient Experience Star Rating reflects our patients’ perception of how well their Mount Sinai provider communicated with them during an office visit. The Star Rating is based on patient responses to three questions on a patient experience survey, a standardized questionnaire sent to verified patients and distributed by a third party vendor, Press Ganey. Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score.
The doctor was kind, patient, but also extraordinarily respectful of my intelligence. She explained everything thoroughly and kindly and made me feel very at ease.
Dr. Papodiiuk's bed side manners was excellent! She listened to all of concerns and explained the treatment in layman's terms.
The doctor was very thorough during the visit, and especially impressed me with the time and research she put in after my appointment to ensure most effective and safest next steps with my care.

Physicians and scientists on the faculty of the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai often interact with pharmaceutical, device, biotechnology companies, and other outside entities to improve patient care, develop new therapies and achieve scientific breakthroughs.
