Catrina Cropano, MD, is an Instructor of Emergency Medicine at the Icahn School of Medicine. She also currently serves as the Assistant Medical Director in the Department of Emergency Medicine at Mount Sinai West. Dr. Cropano obtained her medical degree from the Frank H. Netter School of Medicine at Quinnipiac University with High Distinction in a research track. After her residency in Emergency Medicine at Mount Sinai Morningside-West (MSMW), where she served as Chief Resident in her final year, she completed a fellowship in Healthcare Leadership in Administration for the Department of Emergency Medicine at the Mount Sinai Health System. Dr. Cropano has focus and interest in operational processes and quality improvement both local and system-wide.
