Patient Experience Star Ratings and Comments
The Patient Experience Star Rating reflects our patients’ perception of how well their Mount Sinai provider communicated with them during an office visit. The Star Rating is based on patient responses to three questions on a patient experience survey, a standardized questionnaire sent to verified patients and distributed by a third party vendor, Press Ganey. Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score.

Quick to review my case files and give clarity. Warm demeanor and through examination.
Always describes my son's health in a way I am able to understand. She is very caring and takes her time with my son. I hope that my son has her all the time regarding his health. She is number one.
Dr. Ornillo is an attentive listener, great at reporting and explaining medical info as well as explaining terms and conditions, a smart and thorough doctor who is responsive to questions and communication on the patient portal. I have complete confidence in her; she's a great doctor and human being.
