Patient Experience Star Ratings and Comments
The Patient Experience Star Rating reflects our patients’ perception of how well their Mount Sinai provider communicated with them during an office visit. The Star Rating is based on patient responses to three questions on a patient experience survey, a standardized questionnaire sent to verified patients and distributed by a third party vendor, Press Ganey. Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score.
I would definitely recommend this provider to others. PA Goldfarb is very efficient, professional, friendly and I always feel uplifted and encouraged by her recommendations and next steps. When one has an urgent problem and a great deal of discomfort that's what you need the most - a way of going forward to achieve a successful recovery.
Chloe Goldfarb Is fantastic - reliable and professional - she has helped me tremendously through a series of physical ailments.
Could not be happier with my experience. My cortisone shot taking longer to kick in but the visit itself was flawless
