Christine Nazario, NP
About Me
Christine Nazario is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner caring for patients from birth through young adulthood in both the inpatient and outpatient pediatric neurosurgery settings. She evaluates and treats patients across the full spectrum of pediatric neurosurgery. She also helps coordinate the multi-disciplinary Pediatric Neuro-Oncology and Craniofacial Clinics. Christine earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing from Duke University and completed her doctorate at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where her scholarly work centered on advancing pediatric neuroimaging practices. She has over 10 years of combined nursing and advanced practice experience, including roles in pediatric surgery, developmental pediatrics, and pediatric neurosurgery.
