About Me
Dr. Christopher Caravanos attended Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School graduating in 2014. He went on to complete an Emergency Medicine residency at Mount Sinai St Lukes - Roosevelt in 2017 followed by a Critical Care Medicine fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in 2019 where he was chosen as Fellow of the Year. He serves as Assistant Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine with a secondary appointment in the Department of Medicine at Mount Sinai Brooklyn, as a member of the Institute of Critical Care Medicine where he allocates his efforts full time in the intensive care unit. His interests include medical myth busting, bringing high quality critical care to the ED, ultrasound, non-invasive ventilation, and airway management.
