Research
Dr. Strother is currently involved in research on several aspects of education using high fidelity mannequin simulation and using simulation to study other aspects of medicine such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation and patient handovers. He has previously looked at resident experience in pediatric emergency medicine and the use of CPAP in acute asthma treatment in the emergency department. In addition, he studies the use of debriefing in the clinical area to improve patient care.
