About Me
Clare Ceballos is a Board Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and is the Clinical Coordinator for the Pediatric School Based Health Center at Mount Sinai.
Ms. Ceballos completed her undergraduate degree in Southampton, England. She has a Master’s in Nursing from New York University and a Post-Masters Certificate in Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nursing from Emory University.
Clinical Focus:
Ms. Ceballos sees patients with a variety of digestive and nutritional diseases. Her research interests include the transition to medication independence in children with inflammatory bowel disease, growth outcomes in children with inflammatory bowel disease and the use of complementary and alternative medicine in children with inflammatory bowel disease.
