About Me
Dr. Cula Svidzinski, is the Medical Director, Skin of Color Center and expertly treats a wide range of skin, hair and nail concerns in all skin types. Dr. Svidzinski prides herself on listening to her patients' concerns while together devising the most holistic approach to provide the most effective evidence-based treatment with satisfying results. As an expert injector, she employed various non-invasive skin rejuvenation techniques, including neurotoxins, injectable fillers and chemical peels, to achieve the most natural look.
Dr. Svidzinski graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Chemistry and B.S. in Biology from the City University of New York (CUNY) Brooklyn College. She completed her MD/PhD in nanoscale science, a joint program with the State University of New York (SUNY) Albany and SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn. Dr. Svidzinski then completed her dermatology residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center. Thereafter, Dr. Svidzinski joined the faculty of the department of dermatology of Icahn School of Medicine, where she serves as the medical director of the esteemed Skin of Color Center.
Dr. Svidzinksi is a dedicated clinician and researcher. A patent owner, Dr. Svidzinski has published a variety of articles in medicine and the field of dermatology.
