Cynthia S Trop, MD
About Me
Dr. Trop is a board certified urologist with specialty training in neurourology, urologic oncology and over 20 years of clinical experience.
At the James J. Peters VA Medical Center in Bronx, New York, Dr. Trop provided state of the art urologic care to veterans with spinal cord injuries and neurologic impairment at the Spinal Cord Center of Excellence. There she participated in clinical research as a principal investigator helping to bring novel therapies to patients. Dr. Trop is experienced in multiple facets of general urology, with particular interest in evaluation and minimally invasive management of voiding dysfunctions in both men and women.

Physicians and scientists on the faculty of the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai often interact with pharmaceutical, device, biotechnology companies, and other outside entities to improve patient care, develop new therapies and achieve scientific breakthroughs.
