About Me
Dan Shilo, MD is an Assistant Professor of Radiology in the Division of Vascular and Interventional Radiology at Mount Sinai Hospital. After receiving a BS in Biology and Biomedical Engineering at Tufts University he attended medical school at New York University. He completed an internship in Internal Medicine at NYU, after which he finished residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Northwell SIUH, he went on to complete a fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York.
Dr. Shilo currently serves as the Director of Vascular and Interventional Radiology at Mount Sinai West. His clinical interests include portal hypertension, interventional oncology, uterine fibroid embolization, complex venous disease including advanced IVC filter retrieval, as well as pulmonary embolism management.
