Patient Experience Star Ratings and Comments
The Patient Experience Star Rating reflects our patients’ perception of how well their Mount Sinai provider communicated with them during an office visit. The Star Rating is based on patient responses to three questions on a patient experience survey, a standardized questionnaire sent to verified patients and distributed by a third party vendor, Press Ganey. Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score.
Provider explained everything in detail and was very engaging with my concerns.
Execellent.
Dr. Alicea is extremely knowledgeable and he communicates very well. He listened to my explanation of my symptoms carefully and he explained exactly what he was doing during the examination. He explained his diagnosis and the treatment. Although I was there for a routine one year followup, he took time to address a new medical issue, as well as doing the followup exam.
