About Me

Dr. Duque received his medical degree from SUNY Stony Brook in 1996.  Dr. Duque completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at Mount Sinai in 2000. As a faculty member, he has been integral in the development of Point of Care Ultrasound program for the residency and the emergency department. He holds the title of POCUS Director and POCUS Fellowship co-director at EHC.  A former resident of Jackson Heights Queens, Dr. Duque has long considered it an honor to serve the community of his childhood. He is a native speaker of Spanish.
