
Dara C Lifschutz, MD
About Me
Dr. Dara Lifschutz has been in radiology for over 15 years. After earning her medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine, Dr. Lifschutz began her internship in Internal Medicine at Staten Island University Hospital. She then completed her residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Nassau University Medical Center and her fellowship in Women's Imaging at NYU School of Medicine. With her certification by the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology, Dr. Lifschutz specializes in Women's Radiology with a focus on breast imaging.
Dr. Lifschutz holds memberships with the Radiologic Society of North America and the Society of Breast Imaging. When practicing medicine, Dr. Lifschutz believes in the holistic approach of treating patients through both the mind and the body. Outside of her time with patients, Dr. Lifschutz enjoys acting in a variety of plays, including her recent role in The Diary of Anne Frank.
