Patient Experience Star Ratings and Comments
The Patient Experience Star Rating reflects our patients’ perception of how well their Mount Sinai provider communicated with them during an office visit. The Star Rating is based on patient responses to three questions on a patient experience survey, a standardized questionnaire sent to verified patients and distributed by a third party vendor, Press Ganey. Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score.
Care Provider’s Explanation
Care Provider’s Concern
Likelihood to Recommend Care Provider
Professionalism was shown immediately by the physician. Showing proposed treatment and answered all my questions without reservations.
Dr. Kirke is a superlative physician. She establishes a rapport with the patient, immediately put me at ease, expressed a concern not only about my presenting complaint but about the larger context of my health issues and other concerns, about which she had already reviewed thoroughly before seeing me. She is both personable and also extremely professional and establishes a patient/physician relationship that inspires complete confidence in her capacity as my physician. She is an exceptional physician, and I am grateful, privileged, and blessed to have her as my doctor. I speak not only as a patient, but as a retired emergency physician. [...]
Dr. Kirke always concerned about my health.
