Likelihood to Recommend Care Provider
Dr. Shin seemed to speak down to me about certain items, and used medical terminology instead of layman's terms that I could understand, and I had to prompt ('push') him to do so.
Great doctor, so professional.
Dr. Shin was very gentle when placing scope into my nostrils. It made me more relaxed.
