Patient Experience Star Ratings and Comments
The Patient Experience Star Rating reflects our patients’ perception of how well their Mount Sinai provider communicated with them during an office visit. The Star Rating is based on patient responses to three questions on a patient experience survey, a standardized questionnaire sent to verified patients and distributed by a third party vendor, Press Ganey. Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score.

It is recommended to my whole family
Dr. Maser is FABULOUS!!!! She took her time and actually asked and listened to my issues. I cannot rave enough how happy I am that I found her. She immediately set a plan in motion to try to help me. She did not poo poo my extremely difficult and debilitating medical problem as others have! She really took her time and explained a lot and why she is hopeful her plan can help me. Again, I'm grateful for her care and concern for my welfare. I was nervous that I waited months for nothing. Thankfully she is incredibly medically knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and with a plan!!! She will also be doing my colonoscopy [...]
I declined a medical procedure my MD suggested for me due to fear/panic. MD understood and accepted my decison.
