Elisabeth Rosen, MD
Internal Medicine, Primary Care
About Me
Dr. Elisabeth Rosen is a board-certified internal medicine physician at Mount Sinai Doctors Medical Group and Assistant Professor at Icahn School of Medicine. She sees patients in person at the West 14th Street practice and through telehealth. She provides comprehensive, evidence-based primary care, with a focus on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, care coordination, and helping patients navigate complex healthcare needs. Dr. Rosen values shared decision-making and works with each patient to develop a practical, individualized care plan.
Dr. Rosen earned her medical degree from the Renaissance School of Medicine at Stony Brook University and completed her internal medicine residency and clinical informatics fellowship at the Mount Sinai Health System. She earned her undergraduate degree from MIT.
In addition to caring for patients, Dr. Rosen works in clinical informatics, using healthcare technology to make care safer, more effective, and easier to navigate. She sees patients on Mondays and Wednesdays and is accepting new patients.
In her free time, Dr. Rosen enjoys long walks through the city, paddleboarding, photography, visiting museums, experimenting in the kitchen, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Industry Relationships
Physicians and scientists on the faculty of the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai often interact with pharmaceutical, device, biotechnology companies, and other outside entities to improve patient care, develop new therapies and achieve scientific breakthroughs. In order to promote an ethical and transparent environment for conducting research, providing clinical care and teaching, Mount Sinai requires that salaried faculty inform the School of their outside financial relationships.
Dr. Rosen has not yet completed reporting of industry relationships or has no industry relationships to report.
Mount Sinai’s faculty policies relating to faculty collaboration with industry are posted on our website. Patients may wish to ask their physician about the activities they perform for companies.
