About Me
Emre Altinmakas is an Assistant Professor of Radiology in the Body Imaging Section at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. He completed his residency training in Istanbul, Turkey. After completing his Body MRI fellowship at Mount Sinai Hospital, Dr. Altinmakas joined the Body Imaging Section in 2023 as a faculty. His area of interest is gastrointestinal and genitourinary imaging.
Dr. Altinmakas has authored and co-authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and he is a member of Radiologic Society of North America (RSNA) and Society of Abdominal Radiology (SAR).
