Esther McBirney-Goc, Ph.D. is the Assistant Director of Clinical Psychology at the World Trade Center Mental Health Program. She received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from The New School for Social Research, and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Mount Sinai’s World Trade Center Mental Health Program.

Dr. McBirney-Goc is a New York State licensed clinical psychologist, and a registered out-of-state telehealth provider for the state of Florida (https://flhealthsource.gov/telehealth/).
