Before joining Mount Sinai in 2021, Dr. Levine served as Director of a Cardiovascular Center in Westchester Country and recently acted as a telehealth physician. Beginning in 1990, Dr. Levine played an active role in academia while serving as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. In addition to his clinical, administrative, and academic roles, Dr. Levine is an author on patient advocacy. He has had several of his articles and quotes appear in prominent news sources, including the NY Post, Wall Street Journal, and Reader's Digest.

When speaking about his pathway into medicine, Dr. Levine says, "I volunteered and then taught a course in emergency room medicine at the age of 16. Patient Experience Star Ratings and Comments
The Patient Experience Star Rating reflects our patients’ perception of how well their Mount Sinai provider communicated with them during an office visit. Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score.
