About Me

Dr. Farhad Gazi trained in his home city of NY after finishing medical school in 2007 from Ross University. Dr. Gazi completed one year of medicine in Stony Brook Hospital until he realized that his ultimate passion lies in emergency medicine. He then went on to complete residency in ER at NYMC Metropolitan Hospital and graduated 2012. He was a chief resident in ultrasound.

Dr. Gazi currently holds multiple positions at various hospitals in NYC including assistant clinical professor at Mt. Sinai Queens, St. John’s Hospital and St. Charles Hospital. He enjoys teaching residents. He has also has published multiple papers throughout his career.

Dr. Gazi loves taking care of sick patients and the hustle of the ER. His passions include mountain biking, rock climbing and lifting weights.

Dr. Gazi has ventured into many other areas in medicine which includes being a partner in a locums agency, LPU.

He looks forward to practicing and being blessed to take care of many more patients. It is an honor for him to be trusted at their most scariest moments and hopes to mitigate their medical concerns.
