About Me
Farrah Munir, DO, is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of Pediatric Cardiology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and Mount Sinai Kravis Children's Heart Center. Dr. Munir is the Director of Fetal Echocardiography at Mount Sinai South Nassau Hospital. She received her medical degree from Edward Via Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Blacksburg, Virginia. She completed an Internal Medicine-Pediatrics residency at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School in Newark, New Jersey and a Pediatric Cardiology fellowship at Penn State Children’s Hospital in Hershey, Pennsylvania.
