Frederick M Limson, MD

Frederick M. Limson is a board-certified psychiatrist, practicing at the Adult Outpatient Clinic and Faculty Practice at Mount Sinai Hospital, while also serving as Director of the Resident Clinic at MSH. Dr. Limson graduated with his medical degree with from the Rutgers New Jersey Medical School in Newark, NJ. He completed his general adult psychiatry residency at Zucker Hillside Hospital, associated with Northwell Health and Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell. He then completed psychodynamic training at the Psychoanalytic Association of New York (PANY), affiliated with NYU Grossman School of Medicine, and is now a psychoanalytic candidate at PANY. He has previously worked as an inpatient attending at Mount Sinai Morningside and as an outpatient psychiatrist at the Veteran Affairs New York Harbor Health Care System – Manhattan Campus. His interests include psychoanalysis.
