Gail Rivera, CNM, is a certified nurse midwife who serves as a staff midwife at The Mount Sinai Hospital. Ms. Rivera received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Columbia University in 1988. She then received her Master of Science in Nursing Midwifery from University of Pennsylvania in 1991. Prior to joining Mount Sinai, Ms. Rivera served as a full-scope midwife at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in Paterson, New Jersey. Ms. Rivera is an active member of the New Jersey Perinatal Quality Care Disparities Work Group.
