Gary Esses, MD is a fellowship trained pain medicine physician and Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Pain Medicine at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Dr. Esses graduated Magna Cum Laude from Cornell University and received his medical degree with Distinction in Research from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. He completed anesthesiology residency and interventional pain fellowship training at Mount Sinai Hospital and served as Chief Fellow during his interventional pain fellowship. Dr. Esses has been published in high impact research journals such as Anesthesia & Analgesia and Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine. He has presented his research at major conferences in the USA and internationally.
